Before you book:
Please make sure you have submitted a service request before booking your EMS Airflow pickup.
You will need your Request ID handy to book your EMS Airflow pickup. Your Request ID can be found in your EMS Airflow Service/Repair Request Confirmation email highlighted in yellow.
If you have requested any rental units, please wait until your rental units have arrived before booking your pickup as you will need to send your unit and accessories in the rental unit case provided.
